Spot the Beagle

Poor Spot has had a terrible life. He ended up with a horrible person who kept him outside in a kennel all day and night. He got no medical attention. He got no walks He got no heat. He had to shiver through the winter to stay alive. He finally was rescued by Homeward Trails...only to learn that he has had such bad care his teeth have rotted and they have caused him to have an enlarged heart.

After a good time on meds, he is not improving and now we must get him to cardiologist. Spot is only 8 and really wants to live. He LOVES to cuddle in his bed and sniff the smells at the dog park. He still ducks his head from being hit in his abusive past. But he has started to give gentle kisses....we must get him the care he needs.
